The STUW81300TR includes a dual-architecture frequency synthesizer (Fractional-N and IntegerN), four low phase noise VCOs with fast automatic centre frequency calibration over a very wide frequency range from 1.925 GHz to 16 GHz. size and cost of the final application are optimised by the integration of the low noise VCOs. the LDO regulators and internally matched LDO regulator and internally matched wideband RF output.
