The PASCO2V01BUMA1 is a true CO2 sensor in a particularly small form factor, based on the Photoacoustic Spectroscopy (PAS) principle. Infineon's MEMS microphone is optimised for low-frequency operation, with pressure changes generated by the CO2 molecules in the sensor chamber. The CO2 concentration is then displayed as a direct ppm reading via the integrated microcontroller. Due to the integrated microcontroller, the CO2 concentration can be read directly in ppm. This guarantees highly accurate CO2 readings.
