The ZMOD4410AI1R Metal Oxide Gas Sensor is designed to detect total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) and monitor indoor air quality (IAQ). The gas sensor includes a signal conditioner that measures metal oxide (MOx) conductivity, gas concentration as a function of gas concentration, and controls sensor temperature. The gas sensor's detection element includes a heater element with a silicon-based MEMS structure and an MOx chemistor.
