The STGAP2SICDTR Current Isolation 4A dual gate driver design provides current isolation between each gate drive channel, low voltage control, and interface circuits. The STGAP2SiCD gate driver has 4A current capability and rail-to-rail output, making it suitable for medium and high power applications, such as power conversion and industrial motor drive inverters.
