The ITS4040DEPD is a 40 mΩ dual channel intelligent high voltage side power switch with integrated protection and diagnostic feedback. Both channels are capable of currents in excess of 2 A with an extremely low typical RDS(ON) value of 60 mΩ = 125°C (0.1%). The small PG-TSDSO-14 exposed pad package combines high current capability with minimal space requirements. The exposed pads of the thermally enhanced PGTSDSO-14 package allow for efficient thermal conduction from the device to the inner layers of the PCB through thermal vias. Power transistors consist of N-channel vertical power MOSFETs (DMOS) with charge pumps.
