Product Description

SC2004QDER The SC2004 is a highly integrated PD controller that is compliant with the latest USB Type-C and PD 3.0 standards and supports the mainstream DPDM high voltage fast charging protocols available on the market. With a wide operating voltage range of up to 30V and no external LDO required, the SC2004 integrates a USB PD PHY, Type-C detection, voltage-current detection, 10-bit ADC, VBUS discharge path, NMOS gate driver, I2C interface and protection circuitry, allowing for minimal external components. The SC2004 provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution for a wide range of applications with its integrated embedded microcontroller and 32-KB MTP. The SC2004 is available in a QFN 32-pin package.
