The CYPD727268LQXQ EZ-PD™CCG7DC is Infineon's highly integrated dual-port USB Type-C power transfer (PD) solution with an integrated step-up controller. It complies with the latest USB Type-C and PD specifications and is suitable for multi-port consumer charging applications. The integration provided by the CCG7DC not only reduces the BOM, but also provides a size-optimized solution to support higher power density designs. The CCG7DC integrates the gate driver for VBUS NFET on the vendor path. It also includes hardware control protection on the VBUS. The CCG7DC integrates a PD solution that supports a wide input voltage range (4 V to 24 V, 40 V tolerance) and programmable switching frequencies (150 kHz to 600 kHz).
