The SC2003QDER SC2003 is a highly integrated PD controller. It is compliant with the latest USB Type-C and PD 3.0 standards and supports the main high voltage fast charging protocols on the market with up to 4x DPDM interfaces. The SC2003 supports a wide operating voltage range of up to 30V and does not require an external LDO. The SC2003 integrates USB PD_PHY, Type-C detection, voltage and current detection, 10-bit DAC, 10-bit ADC, VBUS discharge path, NMOS gate The SC2003 supports over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, overload current protection, short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection on the DP/DM pins, The SC2003 is available in a QFN 32-pin package.
