The AS7331-AQFT is an integrated UV sensor with low power consumption and low noise. Three separate UVA, UVB and UVC channels convert optical radiation signals to digital results via photodiodes for continuous or triggered measurements. The irradiance responsivity is adjustable through gain, and the conversion time and internal clock frequency affect sensitivity, full scale and LSB, with the radiation detected by the device being provided as a digital count by the device in a set gain and conversion time configuration. The device provides a 12-step gain range with a gain factor of 2 per step.
