The HMC492LP3ETR is a low noise static divider using InGaP GaAsHBT technology in a lead-free 3x3 mmQFN surface mount plastic package. The device operates from DC (square wave input) to 18 GHz input frequency. Low additive SSB phase noise down to -150 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset helps users maintain excellent system noise performance.
