The MAX20481AATEC/VY is a complete ASIL-compliant SoC power system monitor with up to seven voltage monitor inputs. Each input has factory OTP programmable OV/UV thresholds ranging from 2.5% to 10% with ±1% accuracy. Two have a separate remote ground detect input for high-current SoC power supplies. Includes a factory-programmable windowed watchdog with digital input pins to refresh and disable the watchdog's digital input pins. The device's RESET pin can be factory set to disconnect under various conditions.
