The AD7606BBSTZ 16-bit Data Acquisition System (DAS) features 8, 6, or 4 channels powered by a single 5V supply.The DAS includes analogue input clamp protection, second-order anti-alias filters, sample-and-hold amplifiers, a 16-bit charge-redistribution successive-approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), flexible digital filters, a 2.5V reference voltage source, reference voltage buffers, and high-speed serial and parallel interfaces. The device handles ±10V and ±5V true bipolar input signals, while all channels can be sampled at throughput rates up to 200kSPS. Flexible digital filters are pin-driven, resulting in improved signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and 3dB bandwidth reduction.
