The A3924KEVSR-J is an N-channel power MOSFET driver capable of controlling full-bridge (H-bridge) connected MOSFET drivers that can control MOSFETs connected in a full-bridge (H-bridge) fashion Automotive applications are specifically designed for this purpose. Unique charge pump regulators for DC motor solenoids and actuators provide programmable gate drive voltages down to 7 V battery voltage and allow gate drive voltages as low as 5.5 V. Bootstrap capacitors are used to provide the supply voltage above the battery voltage required by the N-channel MOSFETs.
