The MAX14919AAUP industrial protected four-channel low-side switch features 140mΩ (typical) on-resistance (RON) per channel and integrated ±1kV/42Ω surge protection for robust operation. The resistors' programmable precision current limit ensures operating currents from 100mA to 800mA. Loads requiring high start-up or inrush currents can be supported with 2x inrush protection. Outputs can be connected in parallel for higher load currents. Four switches are pin-controlled for simple, fast switching, with speeds up to 500kHz for simple, fast switching.
