The MAX20404AFOJ/VY are miniature synchronous buck converters with integrated high-side and low-side switches. These ICs can output up to 6A over a wide input voltage range of 3V to 36V. 36V. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the PGOOD signal. Operates at 99% duty cycle, making them ideal for automotive and industrial applications. Programmable or fixed 5V and 3.3V output voltages are available. Frequency is internally fixed at 2.1MHz (or 400kHz, 2.3MHz, or 3MHz), which allows the use of smaller external components, reduces output ripple, and ensures no AM interference.
