MPQ2178GQHE-AEC1-Z is a monolithic step-down switching mode converter with a built-in power MOSFET that achieves 2A continuous output current over a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage (VOUT) can be as low as 0.6 V. A constant on-time (COT) control scheme provides fast transient response and simplifies loop stabilisation. Fault protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdown. Ideal for a wide range of applications, including automotive infotainment systems.
