The LTM4643IY is a four-channel DC/DC step-down μModule (power module) regulator that delivers 3A of current per output. The outputs can be connected in parallel to form an array to provide up to 12A of current capability. With switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and support components built into the package, the LTM4643 operates over an input voltage range of 4V to 20V or 2.375V to 20V with an external bias supply, and supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 3.3V, each set by a single external resistor. The device's high-efficiency design allows for 3A of continuous output current per channel. Only large input and output capacitors are required.
