The LT1963AES8-3.3 low noise low dropout regulator is optimised for fast transient response. The device is capable of delivering 1.5A of output current with a dropout voltage of 340mV. The operating quiescent current is 1mA and drops below 1μA in shutdown mode. Unlike many other regulators, the device's quiescent current is well controlled and does not rise during buck. In addition to fast transient response, the LT1963A regulator has very low output noise, making it ideal for sensitive RF power applications.
