The LT3090MPDD is a 600mA, low dropout negative linear regulator that can be easily paralleled to increase output current or to dissipate heat on a surface mount board. The regulator is designed with a precision current reference followed by a high performance rail-to-rail voltage buffer. It can be used in applications requiring precision output, high current, no heat sink, output regulated current, adjustable output to zero and low dropout voltage. The device can also be configured to be configured as a 3-terminal floating regulator. Fast transient response, high PSRR, and output noise down to 18µVRMS.
