The ADP7142WAUJZ is a CMOS low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operates from 2.7 V to 40 V and provides up to 200 mA of output current. This high input voltage LDO is suitable for regulating high-performance analogue and mixed-signal circuits with 39 V to 1.2 V supply rails. The device features an advanced proprietary architecture that provides high supply rejection, low noise characteristics, and excellent line and load transient response performance with only a small 2.2 μF ceramic-type output capacitor.The ADP7142WAUJZ regulator has an output noise of 11 μV rms, independent of fixed-option output voltages of 5 V and below.
