The UCC28781QRTWRQ1 is a zero-voltage switching (ZVS) controller that can be used at ultra-high switching frequencies to fully reduce transformer size and achieve high power density.

The controller uses direct synchronous rectifier (SR) control to directly drive SR FETs, which improves efficiency and simplifies design, eliminating the need for a separate SR controller. (Isolated applications require an isolated gate driver IC.)
