The TD570N18KOF 1800V thyristor modules are thyristor/thyristor (TT) and thyristor/diode (TD) modules designed for phase control in pressure contact technology. These modules utilise pressure contact technology for high reliability, advanced medium power technology (AMPT), industry standard packages and electrically insulated substrates. The thyristor modules operate at 1800V maximum repetitive peak forward and reverse blocking voltages (VDRM/VRRM) on a 60mm substrate. These modules are used to drive application rectifiers, jumper applications, power controllers, battery chargers, static switches and bypass switches.
