The ETD630N16P60 Infineon Eco Block Soldered Module is ideally suited for applications where highly robust pressure contact technology is not necessary. Typical applications include drives, power supplies and soft starters. The device offers designers the following advantages: improved terminal design for symmetrical current sharing, and 100% X-ray monitoring of the soldering process for high performance and long product life. The second generation 34mm devices have higher current ratings (up to 240A).
