The FF450R33T3E3B5 is a 3.3kV, 450A double insulated gate bipolar transistor module featuring a TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT3 and emitter control diode. The highly integrated XHP IGBT module is specifically designed for high power operation and covers the complete voltage range of the IGBT chip from 3.3kV to 6.5kV. Sharing the same compact 140mm x 100mm x 40mm dimensions, these IGBT modules enable scalable designs with industry-leading reliability and high power density. With enhanced isolation of 10.4kV.
