The DF100R07W1H5FPB54 is a high speed device designed for ultimate efficiency for applications with switching rates greater than 30kHz. This high speed 5 IGBT features TRENCHSTOP™ 5 technology with an integrated RAPID 1 fast flexible reverse parallel diode.H5 IGBTs offer best-in-class efficiency in hard switching and resonant topologies and are a plug-and-play replacement for previous generation IGBTs. Typical applications include UPS, welding converters, solar array inverters and medium to high frequency switching inverters.
