The FS150R12N3T7 is an EasyPACK™ 1B Sixpack IGBT module with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7, emitter control 7 diode and NTC technology. This technology significantly reduces losses and provides a high degree of controllability. In contrast to previously used square trench cells, the cell concept is characterised by a parallel trench cell achieved by sub-micron mesh separation. The chip is specifically optimised for use in industrial drive applications and solar systems, which means significantly lower static losses, higher power density and more flexible switching.
