The M95640-DRDW8TP/K is a 64-Kbit Serial EEPROM device that operates at temperatures up to 105 °C. The M95640-DRDW8TP/K meets the reliability level specified in AEC-Q100 Level 2.
The device is accessed via a simple serial SPI-compatible interface and operates up to 20 MHz.
The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory).The M95640-DRDW8TP/K is a byte-modifiable memory (8192 × 8 bits) divided into 256 pages of 32 bytes each, with embedded error-correcting code logic that greatly enhances data integrity.
