The M24128-DRDW8TP/K is a 128-Kbit Serial EEPROM device that operates at temperatures up to 105 °C. The M24128-DRDW8TP/K meets the reliability level specified in AEC-Q100 Level 2.

The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) The M24128-DRE is a byte-changeable memory (16 K × 8 bits) divided into 256 pages of 64 bytes each, with embedded error correcting code logic that greatly improves data integrity.
The M24128-DRDW8TP/K also provides an additional identification page (64 bytes) that can be read for ST device identification. This page can also be used to store sensitive application parameters that can be permanently locked in read-only mode.
