The MKW39A512VFT4 wireless microcontrollers comprise the KW39 family of devices. These MCUs are highly integrated single-chip devices that enable Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Universal FSK connectivity for automotive and industrial embedded systems.The KW39 is AEC Q100 Class 2 automotive and industrial compliant.The KW39 wireless MCUs integrate Arm® Cortex ®-M0, up to 512KB of Flash memory and 64KB of SRAM.These MCUs feature 30dBm to +5dBm programmable transmitter output power, fewer external components for low cost applications and an on-chip balanced unbalance converter with a single-ended bi-directional RF port.
