Infineon's pinless TO-package IPT063N15N5 OptiMOS™ power MOSFETs are optimised for high-current applications such as forklift trucks, light electric vehicles (LEVs), power tools, point-of-load (POL), telecom, and electric fuses. In addition, the package size has been reduced by 60 per cent for a more compact design. Compared to the D²PAK 7-pin package, the pinless TO package offers a significant 30% reduction in size. The package height has also been reduced by 50 per cent, providing significant advantages in applications where space is at a premium, such as rackmount or blade servers.
