The RAA2116514GNP#HA0 integrated switching regulator is a constant on-time (COT) control scheme.The RAA211651 supports a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V and an adjustable output voltage (0.8V to maximum duty cycle VIN). The device also features very low quiescent current, 19µA typical at 24V input, and a modulation scheme that achieves high efficiency at all output load levels, especially at light loads.
