The LTC7000MPMSE is a fast high voltage side N-channel MOSFET gate driver. a MOSFET gate driver that can be used at input voltages up to 135 V. It includes an internal charge pump that fully augments the external N-channel MOSFET switch, keeping it on indefinitely. The powerful driver can easily drive large gate capacitances with very short transition times, making it ideal for high frequency switching applications or static switching applications.
