Overview:

The TMC9660ATB is a highly integrated monolithic gate driver and motor controller IC with buck converter. It includes an intelligent gate driver, high-performance hardware based on FOC servo controllers (speed, position, ramp generator), and a motor position feedback interface.

The TMC9660ATB also includes a powerful and flexible power management unit (PMU) as well as a buck converter and programmable low dropout (LDO) regulator. A pre-programmed 32-bit microcontroller is embedded for overall control and communication with an external processor via SPI or UART. The processor system supports low-level direct register access or high-level parameter mode access to all motor control peripherals to extend functionality and improve ease of use.
