The ADUM4221-1CRIZ is a 4 A isolated half-bridge gate driver that uses Analog Devices Inc, iCoupler® technology to provide independently isolated high voltage side and low voltage side outputs. Offering 5700 V rms isolation and a 16-lead SOIC_IC with increased creepage width, combined with high-speed monolithic transformer technology, these isolation components offer excellent performance characteristics over other alternatives such as pulse transformer and gate driver combinations.
