The LTC7060EMSE drives two N-channel MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration with supply voltages up to 100 V. Both the high-side and low-side drivers are capable of driving the MOSFETs with different ground references, providing excellent noise and transient immunity to interference. Its powerful 0.8Ω pull-down and 1.5Ω pull-up MOSFET drivers allow the use of high-voltage MOSFETs with large gate capacitance, and other features include undervoltage lockout, tri-state PWM inputs, adjustable on/off delay, and breakdown protection.
