The MSP430F2132IRHBR 16-bit ultra-low power microcontrollers (MCUs) are part of the MSP430 family of microcontrollers. These MCUs feature an architecture coupled with five low-power modes to extend battery life in portable measurement applications. These devices feature a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers and a constant generator for maximum coding efficiency. The CNC oscillator (DCO) wakes the device from low-power mode to active mode in less than 1µs.

The MSP430F2132IRHBR is equipped with two built-in 16-bit timers, a fast 10-bit analogue-to-digital converter (integrated reference) and a data transfer controller (DTC). The MSP430F2132IRHBR device features a gold wire bonded cable, an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, and a tinned lead coating.
