The MC9S08PA32AVLC 5V 8-bit S08P MCU provides high ruggedness and reliability for designs used in harsh industrial environments. The MC9S08 family is a scalable and pin compatible MCU family with excellent EFT/ESD performance. The devices re-use existing S08 cores, IP and tools to allow easy migration from existing 8-bit S08 products.

The MCU features a Touch Sensing Interface (TSI) and EEPROM to simplify design and reduce system cost. Various feature/price options are available for product differentiation. You can choose from the PT class based on a full-featured TSI (Touch Sensing Interface), the full-featured PA class without TSI or the basic PL class for cost-sensitive applications.
