The LTC7890RUJM is a high-performance, dual step-down DC/DC switching regulator controller that drives all N-channel synchronous gallium nitride (GaN) field effect transistor (FET) power stages with input voltages up to 100V. Addresses many of the challenges typically faced when using GaN FETs. Simplifies application design by eliminating the need for protection diodes and other additional external components compared to silicon metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) solutions.
