The PIC32CM2532JH01100T-I/PF 32-bit MCU is based on the SAM C21 family of Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCUs. with commonly used features, extended memory options of up to 512KB of flash memory, and 64KB for designs requiring functional safety, enhanced touch, or security. The device is available in 32 to 100-pin package options. The MCU is pin-compatible with the SAM C21 family in 32-pin, 48-pin and 64-pin packages. This feature provides an upgrade path for existing designs or a scalable solution for designs.
