The L99VR02J linear regulator provides up to 500mA of load current. The Low Voltage Difference (LDO) regulator operates from 2.15V to 28V and from -40°C to 175°C. The regulator can operate either with a rear regulator connected directly to the battery or with a pre-regulated voltage. The regulator complies with the AEC-Q100 standard and is ideal for automotive applications.
