The TPS25772CQRQLRQ1 is a fully integrated dual-port USB Type-C® power delivery (PD) solution with an integrated buck-boost converter for automotive dual USB port applications. Features include: integrated buck-boost converter with 4 power switches; ARM Cortex-M0; USB port controller with Type-C cable plug and orientation detection; USB Battery Charging Specification version 1.2 (BC1.2) detection; USB endpoint physical layer; device power management and monitoring circuits; connector pin over-voltage and short-circuit protection; and intelligent system policies. The manager maximises USB power while protecting the system from automotive battery transient and overheating conditions.
