The CYT3BB8CEBQ0AESGS is a family of TRAVEO™ T2G microcontrollers targeted at automotive systems such as high-end body control units.The CYT3BB has one or two Arm® Cortex®-M7 CPUs for main processing and one Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU for peripheral and security processing.The devices contain embedded peripherals that support Controller Area Networks (CAN FD) with flexible data rates and Ethernet. Supporting Controller Area Networks (CAN FD), Local Interconnect Networks (LIN), and Ethernet with flexible data rates, the TRAVEO™ T2G devices are manufactured on an advanced 40 nm process.The CYT3BB integrates low-power flash memory, multiple high-performance analogue and digital peripherals to create a secure computing platform.
