The TPD3S713QRVCRQ1 is a single-chip solution that provides battery short circuit, short circuit and ESD protection for high-speed data and power lines in automotive USB hubs, audio hosts, telematics and media interface applications. The integrated data switch provides best-in-class bandwidth and minimizes signal attenuation in the event of a battery short in the USB. Bandwidth of up to 1.2GHz can be utilized with long tether cables common in automotive USB environments for clean USB 2.0 high-speed 480Mbps eye maps.
