The AQC114CS device family combines an mGig Ethernet MAC controller with an all-channel, low-power, high-performance, multi-gigabit, single-port Generation 4 Ethernet Alaska PHY transceiver into a single device designed using the latest 14nm, multi-gate, FinFET process technology.
