The VNH3ASP30-E is a full-bridge motor driver intended for use in a variety of automotive applications. The device integrates a dual monolithic high-side driver and two low-side switches. The high-side driver switches are designed using ST's well known and proven proprietary VIPowerM0 technology, enabling the efficient integration of real power MOSFETs with intelligent signalling/protection circuits on the same chip.
