The AWR1843ARBGALPRQ1 is a 24 GHz transmitter (Tx) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) with a 24 GHz on-chip voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The VCO features a fractional-N frequency synthesizer with a waveform generation function programmable grid array (PGA) and dual transmitter channels. The on-chip 24 GHz VCO generates 24 GHz signals and local oscillator (LO) outputs for the two transmitter channels. Each transmitter channel contains a power control circuit. There is also an on-chip temperature sensor.
