The ADF5901ACPZ is a 24 GHz Tx monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) with on-chip integration of a 24 GHz VCO and PGA and two Tx channels for radar systems. The on-chip 24 GHz VCO generates 24 GHz signals for the two Tx channels and LO output. Each Tx channel contains a power control circuit. There is also an on-chip temperature sensor. All on-chip registers are controlled via a simple 4-wire interface. A compact 32-pin, 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP package is available.
