The ADMV2101BRHZ is a low-noise, 4-division static frequency divider featuring InGaP GaAs HBT technology in an ultra-small surface-mount MSOP8 plastic package. The device operates over the DC (square wave input) to 4 GHz input frequency range and is powered by a single +3V DC supply with single-ended inputs and outputs to reduce component count and cost. Low additive SSB phase noise of -150 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset helps users maintain good system noise performance.
