The AD6676BCBZRL is a highly integrated IF subsystem that digitises the radio frequency (RF) band up to 160 MHz and is width centred in the 70 MHz to 450 MHz intermediate frequency (IF) range. On-chip quadrature digital down-conversion followed by an optional extractor filter reduces the complex data rate to a manageable rate in the range of 62.5 MSPS to 266.7 MSPS. The 16-bit complex output data is transmitted to the host via a single- or dual-channel JESD204B interface, supporting line rates up to 5.333 Gbps.
