The ADAR2004ACCZ is a 4-channel receiver IC optimised for millimetre wave body scanning applications. Accepting differential input signals from 10 GHz to 40 GHz, it provides low intermediate frequency (IF) outputs up to 800 MHz. Each receive channel also features independent gain control. Requiring only a 2.5 V power supply, it consumes 910 mW with one channel turned on and is available in a 7 × 7 mm, 48-pin LGA package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The LGA package is designed for use in a wide range of applications.
